Hello, everyone, and thanks for watching. Today we’re introducing the new engine timing covers from EngineQuest. Let’s look at some of the features that are part of this new product lineup.

First, all of the aluminum castings are new, and accept standard gaskets. They are not remanufactured or rebuilt units. Timing covers, with oil pumps, are new components. Aside from the oil filter adapters, which are new from the EngineQuest product line. These timing covers are assembled and tested in our Las Vegas location. Proper oil pump pressure, flow, and correct operation of the bypass is verified on a test fixture, with the oil heated up to 160˚F, and spun at 1 to 2,000 RPM. We know the oil pump is the heart of your engine, and making sure it works as designed is what we do at EngineQuest before its packaged and sent to you.

All stamped steel covers are electrostatic painted, and will accept standard gaskets. All of the stamped covers are made of premium 17 to 19 gauge sheet stock. And, all of the plastic covers have the sealer bead bonded to them, and accept standard gaskets. All of the plastic covers are made to OE-type standards.

Here we have the TC231J, which is for the 3.8L V6 Jeep Wrangler. This is a new casting, with a new Melling pump and EngineQuest oil filter adapter.

This is the TC361N, which fits the 4.7L to 6.6L AMC motor lineup.

The TC232EN and the TC232DN are for the Ford 3.8L early models and the 4.2L later built versions.

Also here are a few of the stamped steel covers for the popular Chevy V8 lineup, including the 305, 350, and 454 engines.
